Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Watts Life Technologies, LLC ("Watts Life Technologies," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our products, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Information we collect

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We keep that correspondence so that we can answer you and maintain a record of our business relationship.

Information collected automatically

This website is a set of static pages. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on it. Our hosting and content delivery provider records standard technical information for every request — IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and device type — and uses it to serve the site, protect it from abuse, and produce aggregate traffic statistics. We use those aggregate statistics to understand which pages are useful; we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie for security purposes, such as distinguishing automated traffic from human visitors.

Our products

This policy covers this website. Our products — Arcarrow, HomeHub, and My Inventory Tracker — are governed by the privacy information published with each of them, including their own privacy policies and, for iOS apps, their App Store privacy disclosures. Where a product stores your content in your own iCloud account, that content is held under your Apple Account and is not accessible to us. We do not sell product data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you have asked for.
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website and our products.
  • To send invoices, contracts, and other communications related to work we perform for you.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it.

How we share information

We share personal information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. Companies that host this website, deliver our email, process payments, or provide accounting services, acting on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
  • Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.

Data retention

We keep correspondence and project records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and afterward for as long as required by our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Server logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a limited period under that provider's own retention schedule.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for this website and access controls on the systems that hold client material. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to obtain a copy of it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have comparable rights under the GDPR.

To make a request, email contact@wattslife.co. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

This website and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed there. If you access this website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Links to other sites

This website links to sites we do not operate, including the Apple App Store. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
